Indiaspora hosted a virtual event with Michelin Star Chef Srijith Gopinathan. Chef walked the audience through a demo of a Kerala-inspired Christmas plum cake. Chef Srijith has fond memories of eating this dessert around the holidays as a child. During the demo our members got to ask Chef about how he got involved in cooking, his role in elevating South Indian fine dining, sustainability in the restaurant industry, and tips and tricks for making the perfect plum cake.
