Govind Iyer
Chairperson, Social Venture Partners India
Govind is currently the Chairperson at Social Venture Partners India. Prior to this, he was a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, Vice President Marketing at Heinz India and Senior Manager of Key Accounts at Coca-Cola India and held brand management assignments at Procter & Gamble in Mumbai and Sydney.
Govind has served on the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board and is an active University of Pennsylvania alumnus. He is also a founding Board member of Social Venture Partners in India and a Board Director at GIVE India, Infosys, and Karmayogi Bharat and a #LivingmyPromise signatory.
Govind earned a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Madras (Regional Engineering College, Trichy), and an MBA with a focus on Marketing at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
