Harsh is a Managing Director at Centerview Partners. Centerview is the leading global independent M&A platform with over $4 trillion of M&A volume since its founding in 2006, has been voted the "best investment bank to work" for several consecutive years and is the long-term house advisor to several Fortune 500 companies. While he is currently based out of Menlo Park covering the technology sector, he started his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs in New York and has broad M&A experience across every sector of the economy having advised on several billion dollars of transactions including multiple buy-side, sell-side, carve-out, merger and activism defense mandates. He serves as a strategic counselor to the boards and C-suites of some of the largest technology companies and financial investors in the world across a range of issues at the intersection of strategy, finance, capital allocation and M&A.
As a proud Indian-American, he has deep roots in both countries and is passionate about bringing the two countries closer together through the power of entrepreneurship. He is an active investor and participant in the Indo-US corridor helping early stage investors and Indian / Indian-origin founders build global champions.
Harsh has an MBA from NYU Stern (full merit scholarship), a BA from Northwestern University and graduated from the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai.
