Nimish Sanghrajka

Nimish Sanghrajka is a Partner of Capital Solutions, Inc. His real estate and private equity career began in 1985. Mr. Sanghrajka’s focus over the last decade has been on deal structuring and capital formation for transactions including extensive involvement in acquisitions, repositioning of assets and realization events of investments.
From 1996 to 2008, Mr. Sanghrajka was Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Preferred Real Estate Investments, a real estate development and private equity firm where he structured and financed over 60 transactions nationally totaling over $2 billion in value. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Sanghrajka was executive vice president of Trefoil Properties, Inc.
