Mr. Goel has more than 25 years experience across financial services industry and is currently Managing Director for Cross Cultural Segments within Global Family Office Group at Scotiabank. Mr. Goel is responsible for relationship development with south asian ultrahigh net worth and family office clients globally. Prior to his current role, he was President & CEO at ICICI Bank Canada, a schedule 2 Canadian bank and a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank (Based out of India). In this role, he was responsible for leading a team of over 300 professionals across Canada to bring best in class banking services focused on south Asian segments in Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Goel was Chief Risk Officer for ICICI bank for North America, where he was responsible for the management of all areas of risk management including credit, market and operational risks. Mr. Goel joined Scotiabank in 2024 to assist the bank in serving the prosperous south asian community across Canada. After receiving his Honors Engineering degree from Delhi University, Mr Goel did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in India. As part of his role in serving south Asian community, Mr Goel has served on the boards of Canada India Foundation, Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce and Canada India Business Council and was a patron member of Indiaspora. With his risk management background in financial services Mr. Goel brings in unique skills to serve the community across multiple domains and perspectives
