Vinita Subramani
Disability Inclusion & Access Consultant
Vinita Subramani is an independent disability inclusion consultant. She combines her training in disabilities and DEI with her deep experience of disability-advocacy to help people become exceptional at navigating inclusion barriers in education and employment. Vinita is passionate about including disability as part of the diversity-spectrum.
Vinita has worked for over a decade as a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities in the non-profit, K-12, and higher education space. Her work includes advising organizations to help create a diverse workforce and enhance opportunities for inclusion and providing disability-management strategies for individuals with disabilities.
Vinita holds a Masters in Learning Disabilities from Northwestern University, and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is also a trained ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Coordinator.
A recent transplant to the Bay Area, Vinita is looking forward to engaging more meaningfully with the Bay Area community in advancing equitable opportunities for individuals with intersectional identities.
