Ilyn Elias

Manager of Accounting, Finance and HR

Ilyn Elias joined Indiaspora in May 2023 as Manager of Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Prior to joining as a full-time employee, she worked for a CPA Firm managing Indiaspora’s accounts. She has more than 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting and Human Resources. In previous roles, Ilyn has been relied upon to handle important financial duties for tax preparation and overseeing budgets. Through education and work experience, she has developed a deep understanding of accounting principles which benefited prior employers and clients.

A naturalized American citizen, born and raised in the Philippines migrated in the US in 1982.

Ilyn has a Bachelors in Business Administration - Accounting mayor from Western International University, Phoenix, AZ and MPA Masters in Public Administration from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.
