Manasi Dharne comes with more than a decade of experience in managing various aspects of a community engagement, programs and events. Throughout her career, she single handedly set up ICC preschool and after school programs. Over the years she has grown from all the challenges she has faced, and developed many new strengths along the way. Manasi became the Executive Director of India Community Center and built a strong, dedicated team while utilizing her strength in the ability to connect with people. For the two years that Manasi was the ED – all of the programs garnered great response and became ICC’s signature programs, especially the youth enrichment activities and Bollywood dance classes. Manasi’s career trajectory serves as an example for many individuals who are aspiring to make a difference in their community. Passion, hard work, and most importantly empathy are Manasi’s greatest qualities.
