She is a task-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. Her specializations include program, event, community, and database management. She aims to use her skills and expertise to support purpose-driven organizations and create a meaningful impact. Natasha's superpower is recognizing people's potential and helping them reach it through words of encouragement, connecting them with others, and finding them resources. It is evident that she was meant to be a mentor who supports individuals in creating their mission, vision, and goals. Now, with experience helping individuals, she is transitioning to support organizations in manifesting their dreams, showcasing her adaptability and growth. Natasha is a lifelong learner, an archaeology and history enthusiast, and a math nerd! When she isn't helping others' dreams, she enjoys writing poetry, taking photographs, and painting.
