Salil Pande is the Founder and CEO of VMock Inc. Salil has a dream of empowering students (and alumni) to own a big part of their career development. To fulfill this dream, VMock is building a SMART Career Platform powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning that allows for Instant Feedback and Guidance.
Under Salil’s leadership, VMock is fast becoming the industry standard in SMART Coaching for schools around the world that are leveraging this value proposition to streamline their interactions with students and alumni. Over 50 leading institutions globally have embraced the opportunity to streamline their coaching process, including leading 2015 FT-ranked business schools and an emerging group of leading undergraduate institutions.
Prior to founding VMock, Salil was the Head of Emerging Markets for Siemens, where he led the firm’s emerging market strategy. He was also the Director of Sales at the Corporate Executive Board, where he called on Fortune 2000 clients and was consistently amongst the top producers. Salil has also worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, and for Schlumberger in the Middle East and Europe. Salil enjoys the world of tech product with a potential to bring value to the ecosystem. He is a frequent speaker at Kellogg School of Management Product Management class.
Salil has an MBA with honors from Chicago Booth, a master’s in engineering from Texas A&M University, and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
