Manjula Manoj

Manjula is the Director of Operations and Community Relations at Indiaspora. She joined in November 2024.
Manjula has over 27 years of experience at the British High Commission in New Delhi, where she has held various roles. Her most recent position was as Private Secretary to the British High Commissioner to India, where she managed their schedule, provided well-researched advice, and organized high-stakes interactions including setting up Prime Ministerial meetings, working closely with senior government officials, businesses, and other institutions both in India and the UK. Manjula was also heavily involved in orchestrating the logistics and programs for visiting VIPs from London. Throughout her career, she worked for seven High Commissioners and facilitated visits from esteemed dignitaries such as HM The Queen, several Prime Ministers, and senior members of the British Royal Family. Manjula has travelled to London for work multiple times, notably as part of the organizing team for Prime Minister Modi’s historic visit in November 2015. Additionally, she has extensive experience in event curation and headed the Events Team at the High Commissioner’s Residence Office.
In her leisure time, Manjula enjoys long-distance walking, running, hiking, and singing. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
